As a professional manufacturer and seller of solar lighting fixtures, Shenzhen Kingconn Technology Co., Ltd has built a full-process professional production line covering "R&D & prototyping, core component production, finished product assembly, and quality inspection" based on its 3,000-square-meter standardized workshop. This production line can efficiently meet the large-scale manufacturing needs of various product categories, including solar street lights, garden lights, camping lights, and home lighting.

The hardware configuration of the production line is aligned with advanced industry standards: automated SMT (Surface Mount Technology) equipment, solar panel lamination machines, and LED light source aging test equipment have been introduced in key links. While reducing human errors, this has increased the production efficiency of core components by 30%. The finished product assembly area is divided into independent workstations, implementing modular operations according to product types. For example, the solar street light production line is equipped with dedicated workstations for bracket welding and whole-light debugging, while the garden light production line focuses on appearance craftsmanship and intelligent control module integration—ensuring precise and controllable production processes for different product categories.

Throughout the production process, a quality control system is implemented from start to finish: incoming raw materials must undergo composition testing and performance sampling inspection. For instance, solar panels need to have their conversion efficiency verified, and lamp body aluminum materials require corrosion resistance testing. Three in-line quality inspection checkpoints are set up in the production link to monitor component dimensions and circuit connection stability in real time. Before leaving the factory, finished products also undergo a 72-hour simulated working condition test (including high-low temperature, rain, and light simulation) to ensure they meet international quality standards and EU CE certification requirements.

In addition, the production line has flexible customization adaptation capabilities: for OEM/ODM orders, it can quickly adjust production parameters and process flows. For example, it customizes the light color temperature of solar string lights for overseas customers and adjusts the battery life of street lights for municipal projects. This not only ensures the efficiency of large-scale production but also meets the personalized needs of different customers, providing solid production capacity support for the company's supply of "cost-effective" products.
